Goals for the summer:

1) Weigh myself only twice a week: Sundays and Wednesdays
2) Exercise every day for at least 2 hours ----> not that hard to do actually haha
3) Attempt to stop purging.

Haven't posted in my journal in ages.

122.8 as of this morning.

I HAVE TO SEE MY BEST FRIEND AT THE END OF THIS WEEK. ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.
I'm so fucking SCAREd.
Last time he saw me I was 119. ):

I need to be 118 by Friday because I KNOW he's going to expect me to eat (he thinks i beat my Eating Disorder).  Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

So fasting tomorrow, and hopefully tuesday.  If I can't get away with Tuesday I'm going to eat an artichoke for dinner which is 60 cals.  That, or soup.  But the artichoke is lower in cals so....

Then I'll eat Wednesday, and fast thursday and fast until I hang out with him on friday.

Ahhhh stressing OUT.

3 Day Fruit Fast

Breakfast: Carb fruit (1/2 banana)

Lunch: Fiber Fruit (1/2 apple)

Dinner: Citrus Fruit (1/2 Orange)

Then I head to the gym for 2 hours, and burn 500-800 cals (it depends on what machines are open. ): )

I'm trying to stay under 1000 for Thanksgiving.

Hopefully only eat maybe... 300 more?

Sunday is a metabolism boost.

Then 100 on Monday.

Eeee. I haven't changed from 126-129. Kind of varies depending on how much I eat that day. I feel really bloated, so starting tomorrow I'm running extra. Hopefully that will work. :|

This weekend wasn't that great. :|

I'm 131 now, but I didn't really gain or lose.

Oh well. So I'm in a comme ci comme ca mood. Haha.

Today was okay. :}

I ate kind of a lot.

Breakfast: 1 egg and a small peice of toast (maybe 130 calories?)

Lunch: Wrap (300 cal), orange (50 cal?) and THREE COOKIES. I know, I know, i totally caved lol. So each cookie is about 100 that equals 300 calories.

Then I went to starbucks and totally had a peppermint mocha lol. (370 cals)

Today was pretty bad, but I skipped dinner and had gum instead. (5 cals)

So totaly I had about....1150. Almost a normal day, uuurrrgh.

But tomorrows a new day. (:

And I weighed in at 132 lbs today. I lost half a pound, go me!
