    <content type="html">Haven't posted in my journal in ages.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;122.8 as of this morning.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I HAVE TO SEE MY BEST FRIEND AT THE END OF THIS WEEK. ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.&lt;br /&gt;I'm so fucking SCAREd.&lt;br /&gt;Last time he saw me I was 119. ):&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I need to be 118 by Friday because I KNOW he's going to expect me to eat (he thinks i beat my Eating Disorder).&amp;nbsp; Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So fasting tomorrow, and hopefully tuesday.&amp;nbsp; If I can't get away with Tuesday I'm going to eat an artichoke for dinner which is 60 cals.&amp;nbsp; That, or soup.&amp;nbsp; But the artichoke is lower in cals so....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then I'll eat Wednesday, and fast thursday and fast until I hang out with him on friday. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ahhhh stressing OUT.</content>

    <content type="html">I was down to 118.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Gained a shitload.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;122.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;FATFATFAT.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 Day Fruit Fast&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Breakfast: Carb fruit (1/2 banana)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lunch: Fiber Fruit (1/2 apple)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dinner: Citrus Fruit (1/2 Orange)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then I head to the gym for 2 hours, and burn 500-800 cals (it depends on what machines are open. ): )</content>

    <content type="html">I had breakfast, about 400 cals.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'm trying to stay under 1000 for Thanksgiving.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hopefully only eat maybe... 300 more?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hopefully.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tomorrow and Saturday I'm fasting.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sunday is a metabolism boost.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then 100 on Monday.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Eeee.  I haven't changed from 126-129.  Kind of varies depending on how much I eat that day.  I feel really bloated, so starting tomorrow I'm running extra.     <content type="html">Today was okay. :}&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I ate kind of a lot.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Breakfast: 1 egg and a small peice of toast (maybe 130 calories?)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lunch: Wrap (300 cal), orange (50 cal?) and THREE COOKIES.  I know, I know, i totally caved lol.  So each cookie is about 100 that equals 300 calories.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then I went to starbucks and totally had a peppermint mocha lol. (370 cals)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today was pretty bad, but I skipped dinner and had gum instead. (5 cals)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So totaly I had about....1150.  Almost a normal day, uuurrrgh.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But tomorrows a new day. (:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And I weighed in at 132 lbs today.     <title>LOST THREE POUNDS?</title>

    <content type="html">omg and i've been binging sm&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;okay so starting tomorrow i have to stay under 1000 cals.
